How can I play with HUPLEI?
First you need the HUPLEI APP that you will find in the main stores and find yourself in a location where the system is installed. You can check our HUPLEI locations in the “Where to play with Huplei?” section on this website or by clicking from the App.
Which smartphone do I need?
Any terminal with Android or iOS operating system. The minimum operating systems recommended for the correct functioning of the App are 7.0 on Android and 12 on iOS.
I'm having trouble connecting to HUPLEI
You need an internet connection.
In some locations there is free WiFi at your disposal, alternatively you can use access via your 4G mobile data.
On some smartphones, you may need to turn off cellular data before you can connect via Wi-Fi.
If the problem persists, try “forgetting” the Wi-Fi network on your smartphone and try again.
Is it mandatory to register on HUPLEI?
Not at all, registration is not mandatory in order to enjoy playing with HUPLEI. However, you should keep in mind that by registering you will have the option to win fantastic prizes and access our promotions.
What can I do if I can't remember my password?
From the HUPLEI App, on the first screen you must choose the option Login or Register, there you will find the option to reset your password. Follow the instructions to generate a new password and access the App again by typing your email and your new password.
How do I change my password or email?
Access your user profile in the HUPLEI App by clicking on your avatar icon in the top right, and edit the fields you want. Remember that, if you change your email address, it will be necessary to validate it again, and that to change your password you will be asked for the current password to start the process.
How can I put my photo or change my profile avatar?
Access your user profile in the HUPLEI App from your avatar icon in the top right. Within your profile, click on your avatar and choose from other available avatars, if you are registered, you can also upload a photo from the camera or your photo gallery after giving permissions to the App.
Remember that every time you change your photo, it must be approved by the HUPLEI team. Until then, you will continue with your previous avatar or photo.
Where do I find my prizes? How are they redeemed?
In the bottom menu of the HUPLEI App, you will find the Prizes icon. If you have any prizes available, the Prizes icon will show a red dot above it. When you click on this icon, a list of the accumulated prizes will appear. If you click on the prize you want to check out, you will have a description screen and a button to redeem it. If you decide to redeem it and generate its code, a barcode or QR code will appear to validate it at the point of sale of the prize provider and it will disappear from your list of prizes in the App, you will also receive a copy of this code to the email address you provided us in your registration, in case you want to use it at another time or if you made a mistake when generating it. Remember to redeem your rewards before they expire.
I have changed or lost my smartphone. Can I get my account, rewards and points back?
Of course! You just have to download and access the HUPLEI App on your new phone, and on the first screen you must choose the option Access or Register, there you must enter your email and password and to access your account immediately. In case you have the old device, it is recommended for security to Log out of HUPLEI from the top left menu / Log Out option, before Accessing your account on the new device.
I don't understand how to play one of the games.
